Therefore, the condenser should be cleaned frequently.
1. Mechanical descaling method: Mechanical descaling method is a method of descaling steel cooling tube condensers using flexible shaft tube cleaners, especially suitable for vertical shell and tube condensers.
The operation method is:
1. Remove the refrigerant from the condenser.
2. Close all valves connecting the condenser to the refrigeration system.
3. Condenser cooling water supply is normal.
4. The bevel gear scraper and the flexible shaft tube gasket perform rotating roller scraping and descaling from top to bottom with the help of the heat generated by the friction between the condenser, cooling scraper, and the tube wall to circulate the cooling water, and refresh To clean the scale, rust and other dirt get into the sink.
In the process of descaling, the hob with a suitable diameter should be selected according to the descaling thickness of the condenser, the degree of corrosion of the tube wall, and the length of service life.
However, the diameter of the hob selected for the first rust removal should be appropriately smaller than the inner diameter of the cooling pipe to prevent damage to the pipe wall, and then select a hob close to the inner diameter of the cooling pipe for the second rust removal. These two descaling operations can remove the condenser 95 % or more scale and rust.
The mechanical descaling method is to uses the bevel gear hob to rotate in the cooling pipe, and the hob rotates and vibrates during the feeding process to remove the scale, dirt, and rust in the cooling pipe of the condenser.
After the descaling is completed, all the water in the condensed water tank is pumped away, the scale, rust, and other dirt that have been removed from the bottom of the water tank are cleaned, and the water is refilled.
2. Chemical pickling and descaling method: Use the prepared weak acid descaling agent to clean the condenser to make the scale fall off and improve the heat transfer efficiency of the condenser.
The operation method is:
1. Prepare the descaling liquid in the pickling tank, start the pickling pump, and make the descaling liquid circulate in the condenser for 24 hours. Generally, the scale is basically removed after 24 hours.
2. After stopping the pickling pump, brush back and forth on the wall of the condenser tube with a circular steel brush, and rinse off the scale and rust with clean water.
3. Repeatedly wash the residual cleaning agent solution in the pipeline with clean water until it is clean. The chemical pickling method is suitable for vertical and horizontal shell and tube condensers.
3. Electronic magnetic water descaling method: The working principle of the electronic magnetic water device is to dissolve calcium, magnesium, and other salts in the cooling water flowing through the condenser in the state of positive ions and negative ions at room temperature.
When the cooling water flows through the transverse magnetic field of the magnetic water heater at a certain speed, the dissolved calcium-magnesium plasma obtains induced electric energy, changes its charge state, disturbs and destroys the electrostatic attraction between ions, changes its crystallization conditions, loose crystal structure, Reduce the tensile and compressive capacity, can't form hard scale with strong adhesion, and the loose sludge is discharged with the cooling water flow.
This descaling method can not only effectively prevent the generation of a new scale, but also remove the original scale because after using the electronic magnetic water device, the ions lose their ability to scale and lose their protective effect on the original scale.
In addition, the magnetized cooling water has a certain amount of induced electrical energy. At the same time, due to the different expansion coefficients between the steel pipe in the condenser and the scale, the original scale gradually cracks, and the magnetized water continuously invades the crack, destroying the adhesion of the original scale, causing it to gradually loosen and fall off by itself. It is continuously carried away by the circulating cooling water.
The descaling method of the electromagnetic water device is simple and easy to implement, with low labor intensity, and can perform descaling and anti-scaling without affecting the normal operation of the refrigeration system.
The significance of descaling and energy saving:
Once the condenser is scaled, the thermal conductivity increases, the thermal resistance increases, and the heat transfer coefficient decreases.
Since the condensing temperature is inversely proportional to the heat transfer coefficient, the condenser temperature increases, and the condensing pressure increases accordingly.
