The Working Principle Of The Evaporator

The evaporator is a device that heats the refrigerant and absorbs heat from the outside world. It is mainly composed of a heating chamber and an evaporation chamber. The liquid refrigerant enters through the feeding port, and at the same time, the heating steam heats the heating tube bundle inside the heating chamber (the thinner pipeline in the figure below) For heating, since the heating area of the thicker tube in the middle of the heating chamber is not as large as that of the heating tube bundle, the refrigerant vaporized by the heating tube bundle rises into the evaporation chamber.

The liquid refrigerant in the central circulation pipe descends and continues to circulate. (The cross-sectional area of the central circulation pipe is about 40%-100% of the total cross-sectional area of the heating tube bundle, which also directly affects the efficiency of the evaporator) The application of the evaporator in the fresh air heat exchange unit and the fan coil is mainly Cold water is provided in the cooling process, and heated refrigerant is provided in the heating process.

Contrary to its application to the condenser in the ground source heat pump system, in the heat supply process of the ground source heat pump unit, the evaporator belongs to the ground source side equipment, which heats the circulating water on the ground source side, and then exchanges heat through the unit to heat the ground source side. The hot water is passed to the condenser, and the heat in the hot water is discharged by the condenser.

In the cooling process of the unit, the evaporator belongs to the terminal equipment. The condenser on the ground source side condenses the water on the ground source side and supplies the evaporator to absorb heat, so as to achieve the effect of cooling the outside world.
