DLE Series Dual Discharge Air Cooler - Even Airflow, Efficient Cooling, Built to Last

The DLE series air cooler is a dual discharge type evaporator developed by JINHAO Refrigeration to serve cold storage facilities where even, low-velocity air distribution is critical. It is especially ideal for applications such as meat aging rooms, seafood processing zones, fresh-cut vegetable areas, and large freezers where uniform cooling from both sides helps prevent product drying and ensures consistent temperature control.

🔷 Dual-Side Air Outlet Design
The DLE cooler blows air evenly to both sides, forming a symmetrical, balanced airflow pattern. This design prevents cold spots and promotes uniform cooling across the room, ideal for food preservation without product dehydration.

🔷 Premium Heat Exchange Efficiency
Built with inner-grooved copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins, the unit delivers rapid heat exchange and consistent cooling performance over time. Optional hydrophilic fins available for anti-frost efficiency.

🔷 Strong and Quiet Fans
Equipped with external rotor axial fans that deliver high airflow with lower noise. Fan diameter, speed, and voltage can be customized based on application needs (220V/1Ph/50Hz, 380V/3Ph/50Hz, etc.).

🔷 Robust, Hygienic Housing
The casing is made of anti-corrosive aluminum-magnesium sheet or optional stainless steel, designed for easy cleaning and long-term durability, especially in wet or meat-handling environments.

🔷 Multiple Defrosting Options
Available with electric defrost, hot gas defrost, or water defrost depending on working temperature and ambient humidity.

🔷 Strict Quality Control
Every unit undergoes 100% inspection, including leakage testing, airflow testing, and appearance checking before packing. Our structured production process ensures no shortcuts - cleaning, brazing, and pressure testing all meet export-level standards.
